Paul Wylie
Paul R. Wylie lives and works in Bozeman, Montana. He is a retired attorney and now an independent researcher and writer. He spent six years researching his newbook, Blood on the Marias: The Baker Massacre, in archives and libraries in the United States and Canada, followed by another two years analyzing the facts and writing the book. He is also the author of The Irish General: Thomas Francis Meagher,
published earlier by the University of Oklahoma Press as a definitive biography ofthe famous Irish patriot, exile, Civil War general and Montana acting governor, for whom Meagher County in Montana is named. Paul grew up and went to school in White Sulphur Springs before earning a degree in chemical engineering from Montana State in Bozeman, followed by a law degree from American University in Washington, D.C.
